You simply don’t need to be a champion to take part in Nordic Skiing: in upper Valetllina each skier can choose the most appropriate trail to suit his own particular fashion and move freely on the snow.  The network of slopes extend from Bormio to Valdidentro and include Santa Caterina.  There’s Alute at Bormio for example, a distance of around 10 Kilometres, without any extravagant gradients.

The Bormio Snowpark is closed to the Stella Alpina run at 2300 mt.  It represents a well-equipped area: Bose’s responsible for the fantastic music to accompany all the thrills and spills of the acrobats.

There’s a lot of technical stuff around – very varied: the 120 metre-long superpipe with 5 metre high walls takes pride of place, encouraging spectacular leaps.
